The Role
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack UI/UX Designer with a strong design sense, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for creating intuitive and impactful user experiences for both web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, as well as experience with graphic design elements such as logos, posters, covers, and social media posts. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience and the ability to lead the entire design process from concept to launch.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to take concepts from idea through to execution.
  • Lead the entire app design lifecycle, including initial exploration, prototyping, finalizing design assets, and overseeing implementation.
  • Utilize Figma for the majority of design tasks, ensuring a seamless transition of design assets to the development team.
  • Incorporate feedback from user research and iterate on the designs accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, including Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney, to enhance design workflows and outputs.


Nice to have skills:
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience utilizing Generative AI tools in the design process.
  • A strong portfolio that includes work on both web and mobile platforms, as well as graphic design projects.


Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • A portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX design across both web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with developers and product managers.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage the entire design lifecycle independently.
  • A bachelor’s degree is not required.
